Terms of Service

Pulsytics is a service operated by Orlikon, LLC. Business address supplied in the operator's Stripe account: 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States. Contact for service and legal inquiries: hello@pulsytics.app. Company formation details and any legally required registration identifiers must be confirmed against official company records before final publication.

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and, for an organization, authorized to act for it. The service is intended for business and professional use; do not create an account on behalf of another person without authority.

Sign-in uses Google authentication. You are responsible for securing your Google account, limiting access to your organization and informing us promptly about suspected unauthorized use. Do not share project server secrets or place them in browser code. A public project key is not a secret.

You decide which sites/apps you connect, which events you send and which individuals may be tracked. You must have the rights to install the tracker, provide legally required notices, configure appropriate consent or other lawful permissions before collection, and honor objections and opt-outs. Where consent is required, do not load tracking before consent.

Do not intentionally send payment card details, passwords, authentication tokens, sensitive personal information, health information, children's data or form contents through event names, paths, properties or diagnostics. Automatic redaction reduces accidental exposure but cannot guarantee removal of all personal data.

Do not interfere with service availability, bypass quotas or security controls, access another customer's data, submit malicious content or use Pulsytics for unlawful monitoring. We may temporarily restrict abusive traffic or access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or others, subject to applicable law.

Pulsytics reports observed events and modeled visitor journeys. Attribution, simulated site activity, inferred outcomes and AI suggestions are not proof of a purchase, a unique person or causation. Website DOM/screen recording is not offered. Mobile screen replay, if enabled for an eligible plan, requires a separate opt-in and has its own restrictions. Do not treat analytics output as a substitute for independent verification.

The current plan, included events, limits, currency, price, billing interval, taxes where applicable and any trial terms are displayed before checkout. Stripe processes payments. Paid subscriptions recur on the schedule shown at checkout until canceled. Purchased credits, if offered, follow the disclosed conditions at purchase; an exhausted quota can stop collection. No fee is charged merely by creating a Free account.

We will not change the price of an existing recurring subscription without any notice required by applicable law or the payment provider. A new price applies only in accordance with the notice and your applicable cancellation rights.

You can manage or cancel a paid subscription through the available billing portal. Cancellation ordinarily stops future renewals; paid access can remain available until the current paid period ends, unless the purchase terms say otherwise. Refunds and withdrawal rights are governed by mandatory applicable consumer law and the specific offer; these Terms do not remove non-waivable rights. You retain your rights in data lawfully provided to the service. You may export supported raw sessions and events, delete identified visitor data where that identifier is available, and delete a project. Some anonymous records may not be searchable by a person's name. Storage objects and backups may have separate deletion cycles; see the Privacy Notice for current limitations. Export before deleting a project.

Google sign-in, Stripe payments and optional integrations such as Google Analytics, Slack or AI features are subject to their own terms and settings. Connect external accounts only if you are authorized. Disabling an integration may not revoke every permission at the third party; check the provider's account settings as needed.

We aim to provide the service with reasonable care but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete event delivery or an error-free report. We may correct security problems or evolve the product. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated through a reasonable channel and effective date; mandatory rights are unaffected.

Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any other allocation of liability, governing law, venue and legally required trader information must be reviewed and supplied for the actual contracting entity and markets before publication; none is invented in this draft.
